(01) Bar Management Course
This course will teach you leadership, demographics, marketing & promotions, financials, legal, importance of a bar log and SO MUCH MORE!

This course combines decades of experience into a 20-hour course and covers so much content that it is essential to have bar experience prior to taking this course. The experience can be live, or you must have previously taken our bartender training course.

Pre-requisite: Our bartender training course or minimum 6 months in the hospitality industry

(12) Bartending Course-Evening, Dec 15-18, 5pm-10pm
Our 20-hour Bartending Certification Course provides you with all the training you’ll need to become an outstanding bartending professional, in the ever-changing hospitality industry (and yes, there are lots jobs out there for our grads!)

Our evening course runs Monday to Thursday 5 pm - 10 pm. If Monday is a holiday, the course will run Tuesday to Friday.

The course includes: 20 Hours of Practical “Behind the Bar” Instruction, an 80+ page Bartending workbook with recipe guide, Tip strategies, how to make Martini’s, how to “Cut-off” a guest without causing a scene, and 30+ Table Service Drills on the most common guest issues.

You’ll also learn about bar tools, the difference between highballs and cocktails, what is a modifier, how to use a POS system, how to properly cut garnishes, Speed drills, how to efficiently serve a high volume of drinks, upselling, as well as resume building and interview tips!

This course is decades worth of industry experience, jammed into 20 hours. It is the most comprehensive training we can deliver in one week.

After your written and practical exam, you will receive a graduation certificate.
